Customer Satisfaction Survey

To maintain their position as one of the leading wholesalers in Gibraltar, Anglo Hispano carry out a customer satisfaction survey to measure the performance of their employees and gather valuable feedback from customers about the services they are receiving. This survey is carried out biannually via telephone & face-to-face interviews. The data is collected, analysed and then presented in a report that contains all the findings.
